The round mount is embellished with total 18 diamonds, 9 each invisible set round cut diamonds, one in the center and 8 encircling it. 2 each, total 4, prong set round cut diamonds sit above the mount. 2 each, total 4, prong set round cut diamonds are seen in the center section, while a prong set round cut diamond each, total 2, makes the stud top.
